Inspired Star is working in collaboration with NEURO to help explore how the NEURO Standard can be communicated and applied within the legal and professional services sectors. This includes helping to identify relevant sector needs, barriers, opportunities and potential routes for engagement.
NEURO is a registered charity grounded in organisational psychology. Its work focuses on helping organisations move beyond awareness and towards practical, evidence-informed neuroinclusion: clearer systems, better leadership, more accessible working practices, and measurable cultural change.
The NEURO Standard is designed for organisations that want to demonstrate meaningful neuroinclusive practice. It provides a rigorous framework for reviewing how neuroinclusion is embedded across leadership and governance; people, practices and culture; accessibility and environment; learning and development; and impact and accountability.
For law firms and professional services organisations, this work is increasingly important. Neuroinclusive practice can support stronger retention, improved psychological safety, better client experience, reduced organisational risk, broader talent attraction, and a more inclusive culture in which people are better able to contribute their strongest thinking.
